My approach to writing and designing eBooks follows some core principles:

  • Inject some fun! This isn’t a research report, it’s a picture of life with your product

  • Focus on the end user—show real-world improvements that connect back to core features and competitive advantages

  • Make a clear contrast either from your competitors’ solutions or just the way things have always been done
